The homepage and product tables need reconciliation
The homepage FAQ describes semaglutide starting at $147 per month and tirzepatide at $240. By contrast, the semaglutide product page lists $297 for a monthly plan; the tirzepatide page lists $390. Both pages also display a comparison table with $250 per month for quarterly semaglutide and $332 for quarterly tirzepatide.
Multiplying those quarterly equivalents by three gives $750 and $996. These are arithmetic readings of the product tables, not independently confirmed checkout totals. The reviewed pages do not clearly reconcile them with the lower homepage starting prices. Ask which offer applies, whether it is introductory, which prescription category it covers and what the next renewal costs.
The homepage says there are no membership fees or lock-in, while the product table includes medication and describes clinician consultations, group calls and dietitian access. Confirm the actual included services in the selected plan. A broad all-in message does not resolve the conflicting price figures or prove every possible clinical cost is included.

Monthly billing means every 28 days in the policy
The refund policy says monthly subscriptions are charged every 28 days. That is a four-week cycle, not one charge in each calendar month. Compare a renewal schedule using the actual dates instead of assuming twelve payments cover the same period as twelve four-week supplies.
Three-month plans are paid in full at purchase. The policy says medication is shipped in three separate installments about 28 days apart, while the product tables describe quarterly billing and delivery. This delivery wording needs clarification for the selected order. The policy also discusses existing annual subscribers but says annual plans are no longer offered to new subscribers; we do not present them as a current enrollment option.

Cancel anytime does not mean refund the prepaid remainder
The detailed policy requires cancellation or a change at least 48 hours before the scheduled renewal. Monthly customers can manage cancellation, refill timing and pauses through the account, with support contact available. Once a renewal is processed and sent to the pharmacy, the policy says it cannot be stopped.
For a three-month or existing annual purchase, the policy says the paid term cannot be ended part-way through. Cancellation stops the next renewal, while remaining shipments continue unless a hold is requested. Delaying a shipment is not described as refunding the unused part of the package. That distinction is important beside the homepage’s flexible-care language.
If treatment stops for a medical reason, discuss the treatment decision with the clinician and ask separately about the commercial consequence. The policy’s shipment schedule is not advice to continue taking a medicine or to use a remaining supply without clinical direction.

The refund point changes with the prescription
The July policy describes no charge if cancellation occurs before the order reaches the pharmacy, and a full refund of an already collected charge when no prescription has been issued. It says an order is nonrefundable once a prescription has been written and the medication dispensed, even when it has not yet shipped.
For multi-month plans, a separate paragraph says the prescription is written for the full course at purchase and that the entire course is nonrefundable. This broader rule makes the precise status of a prepaid order important. Ask what happens after prescribing but before dispensing, and how the selected agreement treats medical ineligibility, before paying.
The policy rules out ordinary refunds for change of mind, stopping treatment or disappointing results. It describes investigation and correction of duplicate or incorrect charges. It also says undeliverable returned shipments receive no replacement or refund, while lost-in-transit shipments are handled with the carrier. Check the delivery details and keep the actual policy accepted at purchase.

The clinical entities and medicine still need identification
The general terms identify FREYA MEDS INC. as the platform business and separate it from independent healthcare providers and affiliated professional corporations. We did not establish the specific medical practice or compounding pharmacy that would serve a particular applicant from the public sources reviewed. Obtain those names and the medication details before fulfillment.
The homepage claims broad availability across 49 states, continuing clinician access and prompt replies. We did not verify state-by-state eligibility or measure a clinical response time. A same-day review or shipping claim describes a different step from receiving medical advice about a problem. Confirm the available contact route and the clinician responsible for follow-up.

A named ingredient does not carry over an approved product’s evidence
Freya’s pages use semaglutide and tirzepatide trial figures and compare their mechanisms. The service discusses personalized preparations, and its terms include a compounded-medication disclaimer. Those marketing descriptions should not be read as a verified outcome study of Freya patients or proof that a compounded product matches a manufacturer’s approved formulation.
FDA says compounded drugs are not FDA-approved and explains the circumstances in which a patient’s medical needs may warrant compounding. Eligibility and treatment choice require a qualified clinician. We do not repeat the product pages’ dosing suggestions or their permanence and superiority claims as instructions or verified conclusions.
Our assessment centers on the unresolved purchase terms: reconcile the homepage and product-table prices, confirm the four-week renewal schedule, and understand the prepaid-course refund rule. The written package terms matter more than a broad cancel-anytime message when deciding how much to commit upfront.
