Five questions.
No invented scores.
We compare the medicine, recurring cost, clinical access, commitment terms and limits of the evidence. These are things a public offer can explain. They cannot determine an individual’s medical suitability.
Sources before superlatives
Reviews use official provider, manufacturer, FDA and NIDDK pages available on October 1, 2026. Each review links its source context. We distinguish page descriptions from pharmacy inspections, actual consultations and completed orders. Those activities were not performed.
Every figure keeps its unit
An introductory charge differs from a renewal. A prepaid monthly equivalent differs from a monthly bill. A membership excluding medicine differs from a medication-inclusive offer. Missing selected-plan totals remain unresolved rather than being guessed.
Products and studies stay separate
Branded and compounded medicines are different categories. A manufacturer trial cannot establish the results of a different preparation or the added value of a telehealth subscription. Self-report groups, observational analyses and testimonials do not become randomized clinical evidence.
Presentation order is commercial
Our commercial disclosure explains the CoreAge relationship and featured placement. We do not use star ratings, fictional test panels or invented physician approval. A shortlist is an editorial and commercial presentation, not a clinical league table.
